Lasting Joy Brewery - Tour & Tasting

Aron Himmelfarb gave an exclusive guided tour to AIA Hudson Valley members of Lasting Joy Brewery. The tour explored the design strategies behind the adaptive reuse of the former farm building in a vibrant community destination. Aron discussed the integration of timber framing, the organization of production and public-facing spaces, and the role of materiality in shaping the visitor experience. Lasting Joy’s brewers then led attendees through various house made beers made on site with locally grown ingredients.
