This mixed-use building facing the Hudson River includes a purpose-built studio space for a well-known artist, which acts as the building’s podium, along with a five-unit condominium structure above. The studio is gritty and robust to reflect the neighborhood’s street context, while the curved glass facade of the residential portion is inspired by the river and modulates the changing light throughout the day.

The project also contains a private cafe and winebar for the building’s residents.
