Nevele Resort

The Nevele Resort is a new 250,000 SF hotel complex paired with a 90 unit residential development, consisting of single family homes, townhouses, and multi-family apartments. The hotel is architecturally divided into discreet structures in order to isolate the various program types and visually reduce the large square footage of the building. The Resort spills down the hillside to integrate itself into the landscape and tailor specifc views and connections to the rolling hillside site.

The typical single-family home is designed to maximize directional views of Nevele Lake, while providing privacy from adjacent neighbors. Locally quarried bluestone is a defining project material which unifies various building types on the property.
